Chinese Veg Fried Rice

Vegetable Fried Rice
Today i'll be presenting  you with a  very good recipe of Chinese fried rice. I always get a doubt about authentic Chinese fried rice because whenever i visit  Chinese restaurant like Mainland china and Chung wag
they serve fried rice without adding soy sauce instead they serve along with it but few other restaurants do add soy sauce to the rice(which i can make out with the color) and also they don't use onions. Well after trying out many times i came up with a tasty fried rice which satisfy my palate :) but this is not authentic but it tastes better then restaurant ;)

Ingredients

Cooking Time:15 minutes | Serves:4

Jeera Rice:2 Cups
Onions: 1 Medium
Carrot: 1 Big
Capsicum :2
French Beans:1/2 Cup 
Cabbage:1/2 Cup
Spring Onions:1/2 Cup
Soya sauce: 1 Tsp
Vinegar: 1 Tsp
Ajinamoto:1 tsp
Ginger Garlic & Chiili Paste:4 Tsp
Til Oil:1/4 Cup
White Pepper Powder:1 Tsp
Salt to Taste

Method:
Cook Rice cool it dry on a plate.In a wok take til oil ( you can use any oil but i feel it tastes better if you use til oil) add onions,ginger garlic and chilly paste (for 21/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste add 2 green chilies and grind it) fry well. Add all the vegetables which are finely chopped  except spring onions and fry well on very high heat,now add 1/2 tsp of soya sauce and little salt and ajinaomoto ( I dont use ajinamoto as its not good for health) and fry well on high heat(All chinese food should be cooked on high heat).


Add rice toss well, add another 1/2 tsp soya sauce,salt,white vinegar,white pepper powder( i use black pepper powder) toss well take care not to over mix and break the rice grains.Lastly add Spring onions and serve hot.Taste can  be relished even better if served along with Gobi manchuri or vegetable manchuri

Note: Check the salt content and then add  salt as soya sauce also contains salt
