Spicy Peanut Chutney
Spicy Peanut chutney is one of my favorite. It tastes to its max when had with Greengram Dosa . Peanuts has many health advantages like boosting memory power,fertility ,aids  in  blood sugar regulation and also
fightsdepression.Adding this to our diet keeps us healthy and fit !

Ingredients:

Peanuts: 1/2 Cup

Onion: 1 Big
Tomato: 1 Big
Green chillies: 2-3
Ginger: 1/2 " inch
Jeera: 1/2 Tsp
Oil:1 Tbsp
Salt To taste

Method:

Dry roast peanuts in a pan and transfer to a mixer jar. In the same pan add oil once its hot add jeera once it starts changing color add  sliced onion ,ginger and green chillies fry till the raw smell goes off. Then add tomatoes and add salt as it helps for tomatoes to cook early.Once water content  in tomato goes off turn off the gas,let it cool. Then transfer to the mixer jar with peanuts and grind to a smooth paste adding little water. If you which to temper it with mustard,curry leaves and red chillies ,you can always do it ( i don't do tempering for this particular chutney)! Tasty  & healthy peanut chutney is ready to serve.
