Pepper Chicken with Curry Leaves
Today i'll be giving you all one of the finest delicacy pepper chicken dry with curry leaves. In Bangalore there are chain of Andhra restaurant known has Meghana Foods, i love the boneless pepper chicken in that
restaurant. It tastes too good with simple ingredients.So i was longing to recreate this dish, after too many times of error and correction i came up with pepper chicken which was quite similar to taste fromMeghana Foods but i couldn't get that dark blackcolour.I'm happy to present you all with this delicious pepper chicken recipe with lots and loads of curry leaves. I was even wondering whether to give the name as curry leaves chicken or pepper chicken :)

Chicken Skin-out : 750 Grams
Onion: 3 Medium
Ginger Garlic Paste( G+G) :1 Tbsp
Tomato:1 Medium
Green Chilly : 3+3
Curry leaves:12-15 Strings
BlackPepperCorns: 1 1/2 Tbsp
Galic Cloves:6
Jeera: 1/2  Tsp
Turmeric:1/2 Tsp
Lemon Juice:1 Tsp
Coriander Leaves:1 Tbsp
Cashews:1 Tbsp
Oil:2 Tbsp
Ghee:1 Tbsp

Wash and clean the chicken thoroughly and keep aside.Finely Chop onions,tomatoes and slit green chillies. Dry roast jeera , Blackpepper corns and grind to a fine powder, dry roast 6 strings of curry leaves and put it in a mixer along with jeera and pepper and grind it as fine as possible .

Take a wok, put oil add 3 strings of curry leaves,onions, G+G paste,green chillies and fry well once the raw smell of G+G goes off add tomato,turmeric powder,and saute for a minute.Add chicken,1 Tsp salt and 1/2 Tbsp of grounded  jerra ,pepper and curry leaves powder mix well,close the lid and cook on a medium heat for  about 15 minutes or till chicken is almost cooked.(Don't overcook the chicken or else it becomes hard).

Meanwhile take a small pan,add ghee once its hot add cashews,chopped garlic cloves,chunks of  3 green chilies and remaining curry leaves fry well and add this mixture to above prepared chicken. 

Add reserved curry,jeera ,pepper powder and  1/2 tsp of salt mix well .Keep on a high flame and fry for a minute till it becomes dry.Add lemon  juice and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve as a starter and Enjoy! :)
