Ingredients
350gramsof fresh strawberries
1small red onionchopped
1jalapeno pepperdeseeded and chopped
4-5stalks of coriander
1tablespoonof coriander leaves
1teaspoonof sugaror to taste
½teaspoonblack pepper powder or to taste
Salt to taste
Few drops of lime juice

Instructions
Remove stems from strawberries, trim and roughly chop .
Chop 1 small size onion to get about ⅓ cup of chopped onions. De-seed jalapeno peppers and chop. Take 4-5 talks of coriander and roughly chop.
Into a food processor or mixer jar , add all the chopped produce , salt , sugar and pulse for 3-4 seconds. So that everything combines well releasing juices. Don’t blend , you need to process for few seconds only. You should get small chunks of strawberries and onion in salsa.
Transfer into a bowl, add chopped coriander leaves, few drops of lime juice and freshly crackled pepper powder to taste.
Mix well everything, taste and adjust seasoning if required and serve with nachos.

Roughly chop produces and then process in a processor or JMG for few seconds only , as it helps to release juices and still retains chunky bits in salsa.
Before serving , let it sit at least for 10 minutes for flavors to combine together.
