In a thick bottom pan or non-stick pan, heat 1.2 tablespoon of ghee/ Clarified butter.
Add ½ cup of milk and bring it to boil.
Now add in ¼ cup of saffron soaked milk and stir well. Boil on medium heat till it thickens slightly.
Now add milk powder gradually, part by part stirring continuously. Make sure that there are no lumps of milk powder.
On a medium low heat keep stirring, everything comes together to form a mass.
Now add ½ tablespoon of Ghee/ clarified butter and mix well.
Turn off the stove , Instant Mawa / Instant Khova is ready , let it cool down .
When instant mawa mixture is still warm , add 2 tablespoon of powdered sugar, ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well.
