In a Pan, heat 1 teaspoon of any flavourless cooking oil.
Add chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and onion; sauté till onion turns translucent.
Now add in ½ cup of mint leaves and tomatoes, sauté till tomatoes turns pulpy.
Add 50 grams of paneer, cut into small cubes.
Gently saute for a minute.
Now add 1 full sachet of Homemade masala flavour mix, add pinch of salt to taste. If doing with regular oats without any flavour mix, then read the tips and variations for substitutes.
Add 1.5 cups of water and bring to boil.
When it comes to boil, add ½ cup of oats. Regulate the flame to medium low.
Cover lid and cook for 3 -4 minutes.
Stir well, add Blackpepper powder, garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
Turn of the flame, squeeze in fresh lime juice and serve hot.
