Turmeric Milk Recipe
Turmeric milk is a traditional healthy Indian drink made with milk, turmeric powder and some warm spices.

- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ teaspoon organic turmeric powder
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 “ inch cinnamon stick
- 2 pods green cardamom
- 1 teaspoon ghee/ clarified butter
- Honey to taste optional
In a sauce pan boil 1 cup of whole milk .
When milk boils completely add turmeric powder , black pepper powder , cinnamon and cardamom pods.
When everything boils and froths up , turn off the stove and set sauce pan aside .
Let milk warms down , strain milk with a strainer.
Now add ghee and honey , stir well everything.
Serve/ sip warm before bed time.
