Into a blender , add 1 cup mangoes ( or ½ cup mango puree ), milk , curds and vanilla extract .
Blend everything together to smooth puree.
Into a mixing bowl , add rolled oats , chia seeds and mango puree, stir everything.
Add ½ cup chopped mangoes , fresh grated coconut, honey to taste , mix well everything.
Cover and set in refrigerate overnight ( or for minimum 4hrs ) .
Next day , top it with few mango cubes, grated coconut, chia seeds, pistachios, almonds , raisins and melon seeds.
Drizzle honey and serve chilled with any of your favourite toppings.
