1cupmilk
¼cupyogurt
½cupchopped strawberries
¼cupchopped banana
1.5teaspoonchia seeds
1tablespoonhoney
2drops of vanilla extract
For toppings
Chopped Strawberries
Chopped Banana
Sliced Almonds
Honey to drizzle
Instructions
Into a mason jar, add rolled oats, chia seeds , milk , yogurt , honey and vanilla extract.
Mix well everything.
Add freshly chopped strawberries and banana .
Give a stir, cover lid and refrigerate overnight or for 6 to 8 hours.
