Ingredients

  • cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
  • ¼ cup chopped banana
  • 1.5 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 drops of vanilla extract

For toppings

  • Chopped Strawberries
  • Chopped Banana
  • Sliced Almonds
  • Honey to drizzle

Instructions

  • Into a mason jar, add rolled oats, chia seeds , milk , yogurt , honey and vanilla extract.
  • Mix well everything.
  • Add freshly chopped strawberries and banana .
  • Give a stir, cover lid and refrigerate overnight or for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Next day, just before serving stir well .
  • Add fresh fruits, nuts of your choice and serve.
