  • 2 Long Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Jaggery Powder
  • ¼ cup Fresh coconut grated
  • ½ tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ teaspoon Cardamom Powder


  • Peel and cut the bananas into small chunks
  • In a bowl , add Banana , powdered Jaggery ,fresh coconut ,honey and cardamom powder
  • Mix well,set aside for 5-10 minutes so that jaggery blends well with juices ,serve it.
