Ingredients

  • 2-3 No Eggs
  • 50 grams Button Mushroom , around 10-12
  • ¼ cup Fresh / Frozen Green peas , blanched
  • 1 no Onion , finely chopped
  • 1-2 no Garlic Cloves , finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Green chilli chopped
  • ¼ Cup Mozerella Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves ,chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • ¾ teaspoon Mixed herb seasoning
  • ¾ teaspoon Pepper Powder
  • ¼ -½ teaspoon Salt as required

Instructions

  • Break 2 eggs in a bowl,whisk lightly add salt,pepper powder, Italian Seasoning / Mixed herbs seasoning ,milk ,whisk well and keep it aside.
  • Take a nonstick pan,add butter,once it melts add chopped garlic,green chilly and onions,saute well.
  • Add blanched green peas and cook for 3-4 minutes, add sliced mushroom and cook till it becomes soft. 
  • With the help of spoon slightly mash the green peas while cooking, add beaten egg and cook till the base becomes firm.
  • Once the base is firm ,add chopped coriander leaves,flip it and scramble the egg.
  • Add Mozzarella cheese,once it melts turn off the heat. 
  • Serve it hot .
