Ingredients
  • 2-3 No Eggs
  • 50 grams Button Mushroom , around 10-12
  • 1/4 cup Fresh / Frozen Green peas , blanched
  • 1 no Onion , finely chopped
  • 1-2 no Garlic Cloves , finely chopped
  • 1 Tsp Green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Mozerella Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh coriander leaves ,chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 3/4 Tsp Mixed herb seasoning
  • 3/4 Tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 -1/2 Tsp Salt as required
Instructions
  1. Break 2 eggs in a bowl,whisk lightly add salt,pepper powder, Italian Seasoning / Mixed herbs seasoning ,milk ,whisk well and keep it aside.

  2. Take a nonstick pan,add butter,once it melts add chopped garlic,green chilly and onions,saute well.

  3. Add blanched green peas and cook for 3-4 minutes, add sliced mushroom and cook till it becomes soft. 

  4. With the help of spoon slightly mash the green peas while cooking, add beaten egg and cook till the base becomes firm.

  5. Once the base is firm ,add chopped coriander leaves,flip it and scramble the egg.

  6. Add Mozzarella cheese,once it melts turn off the heat. 

  7. Serve it hot .

 
 

 

Step by Step Directions for Making Scrambled Egg Recipe
