Smear some oil on workplace, take a ball and roll it into a large round roti, place some stuffing at the center and pour a tbsp of beaten egg over it.

Now fold and bring the upper and lower portion of the roti to the centre. And also left and right side of the roti to the center,so that it forms a square/rectangle packet.

Put some oil over a griddle and heat it ,place the prepared paratha over the oil and now pour another Tbsp of beaten egg over the center and edges.Drizzle some more oil and cook on both sides ,make it crisp.
