All Purpose Flour: 3/4 Cup
White Sugar: 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp
Banana Robusta : 1 1/2 large
Butter Melted:1/4 Cup
Baking Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Cooking Soda:1/2 Tsp
Step by Step Directions to make Banana Muffins :
Sieve refined flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add flour to the above wet mixture slowly. Gently fold in flour from the bottom.
Line the muffin tins and fill the batter to 2/3 of cup and bake for 18-20 minutes or till the top looks golden brown.
Enjoy hot muffins directly from the oven with a cup of coffee/tea.
