Pro Tips and Variations to make Moringa Ladoo
- Moringa Powder : As it has very strong pungent earthy smell , you can reduce the measurement to 1/4 cup also.
- For Vegan version , use coconut oil instead clarified butter / ghee
- Jaggery or coconut sugar or honey can be used for extra sweeting , though dry fruits are used , I insist to use small amount of jaggery .It helps to bind the ladoo’s also if you dont like the strong flavours of moringa , adding little extra sweetner will make the energy bites more tasty.
- Again using desssicated coconut is optional but it enhances the taste and gives a good taste at a very first bite, as moringa powder make the laddo mildly bitter to taste. To avoid that , energy bites are rolled in dessicated coconut.

- Bind the mixture into balls when its still warm , as there is no much sugar syrup / jaggery syrup is used to hold on to shape.
